In reviewTap the download button above from your phone's browser. It'll save to your Downloads folder as Quota.apk.
Android will ask permission to install from your browser or file manager the first time. Tap Settings in that prompt and enable it — this is a one-time, per-app permission, not a device-wide setting.
Open the downloaded file and tap Install. You may see a Play Protect warning since the app isn't yet distributed through the Play Store — this is expected during the review period.
On first launch, you can either set up fresh or restore from a backup file / Google Drive if you're moving from another device.
Quota supports Android Oreo (API 26) and every version since.
